It was my utmost joy to be able to take part in reviewing this book! Some self-help books I can totally relate to and others not so much, but this one...WOW! Exactly what I needed to read and learn at this time in my life. Each chapter has a few questions to ponder and discuss if using this book in a group format, which I think is a great idea!! She talks about the various forms of shame, body shame, social shame, performance shame and shame in marriage as well as the difference between shame and guilt. She also talked about shame-free parenting!! I would love for every Believer to get a hold of this book, it is eyeopening, powerful and full of hope for freedom.
